  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and clear any personal data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
